Transaction at Vopak Terminal , as part of Vopak Energy Terminals 
Netherlands

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Associate of FL Trade, and we are interested in purchasing Diesel 
EN590 10PPM under Vopak to Vopak terms at Vopak Terminal, as part of 
Vopak Energy Terminals Netherlands.

This RFQ is based on the Letter of Intent (LOI) issued by FL TRADE SARL 
our Associate on March 31st, 2025.

1. Product Specifications

Product Name: Diesel EN590 10PPM
Quality: Non-Sanctioned, Detailed specification as per international 
standards. Please provide full product specifications.
2. Quantity and Delivery

Trial Quantity: 200,000 MT
Contract Quantity: 500,000 MT per month
Contract Duration: 12 Months with possible rolls and extensions
Delivery Terms: FOB, Rotterdam, Vopak to Vopak
3. Pricing

Please provide your best price quotation, indicating the pricing 
mechanism (e.g., fixed price or Platts-based pricing). If Platts-based, 
please specify the Platts index and any applicable differentials (e.g., 
Platts NWE minus $XX USD).
4. Vopak to Vopak Transaction Details

We acknowledge the Vopak to Vopak transaction procedure as outlined in 
the LOI from FL TRADE SARL. To ensure a smooth transaction, please 
confirm your ability to adhere to this procedure and provide the 
following details:

Confirmation that you are a direct seller or authorized mandate to sell 
from a tank storage facility at Vopak Terminal, as part of Vopak Energy 
Terminals Netherlands.
Details of the tanks at Vopak Terminal, as part of Vopak Energy 
Terminals Netherlands from which the product will be supplied, including 
tank numbers and capacity.
Contact details of your Vopak Terminal Manager at Vopak Terminal, as 
part of Vopak Energy Terminals Netherlands for verification purposes.
5. Proof of Product (POP)

Please specify the full set of Proof of Product (POP) documents that you 
will provide, including samples if available.

6. Payment Terms

Please specify your acceptable payment terms for both the trial shipment 
and the 12-month contract.
We are prepared to pay via MT103/TT for the first lift and Standby 
Letter of Credit (SBLC)/MT760 or Documentary Letter of Credit 
(DLC)/MT700 for the 12-month contract, as per the LOI.
