Good day,
I am reaching out to coordinate allocations with selected buy-side 
desks. Operating as an Independent Authorized Seller Mandate, I manage 
direct physical supply pipelines from verified refinery sources in the 
Netherlands.

We are currently verifying available capacity for qualified off-takers 
handling live, funded requirements for Diesel EN590 (10 PPM), Jet A1, 
D2, D6, Urea, Petcoke, Bitumen, LPG and LNG.

To protect allocation integrity, we do not circulate generic market 
offers. If you are currently mandates to an active buyer, please forward 
your specific transaction parameters (commodity, monthly volume, target 
price, and delivery basis). My desk will cross-reference this data to 
confirm compatibility with our current production schedule.

If the parameters align, we will issue the specific offer and 
transaction procedures for your review.

If your desk is fully committed at the moment, let’s keep this channel 
open for your upcoming Q4 allocations.
