Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in my capacity as the Authorized Mandate Representative of Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş., a leading petrochemical and energy company.

Under our mandate, I am authorized to introduce qualified buyers, receive and coordinate LOIs/ICPOs, facilitate commercial negotiations, and coordinate legitimate commercial transactions on behalf of the Seller, subject to the Seller’s confirmation and approval.

Commercial Terms

Origin: As specified by Seller
Quantity: According to Buyer’s requirement and Seller’s availability
Delivery: FOB / CIF / TTT / TTV / TTO
Inspection: SGS or equivalent independent inspection
Payment: As mutually agreed and subject to Seller’s approval

We welcome serious and verified buyers with genuine and clearly defined requirements.

Upon receipt of a formal LOI or ICPO, we will coordinate with the Seller and provide the appropriate commercial offer, product availability, pricing, and transaction procedure, subject to Seller approval.
