Nicolae, The offer is not close yet. We have a separate email from buyer to respond to as soon seller gets back to us.
FYI. This is a request to convey about 150 vessels of EN590 per month supply, also buyer insisted on own procedure. Sellers says, It has never happened. Any Seller that wants to engage a buyers non negotiable procedure needs to see proof of funds especially a supply in this magnitude. Which buyer is not considering. This is not a difficult request. If buyer can show POF then seller will engage.
