LLP VLADSOIL REFINARY SCO


Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to introduce RUS LLP “VLADSOIL REFINARY” as a duly appointed mandate representing and coordinating with multiple refinery and petroleum product supply sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Through our mandate and established supply relationships, we are positioned to facilitate access to various oil and refined petroleum products for qualified international buyers seeking reliable supply arrangements from Kazakhstan.

Our mandate is available to work with serious buyers for both spot and long-term supply transactions, subject to product availability, specifications, quantity, destination, delivery terms, and mutually agreed commercial conditions.

Our product portfolio may include crude oil, EN590 diesel, AGO, Jet Fuel, D2, D6, fuel oil, LPG, LNG, gasoline, base oil, naphtha, marine gas oil, low-sulphur fuel oil, and other petroleum products, depending on the specific requirements of the buyer and availability from the relevant refinery or supply source.

We are particularly interested in establishing direct and long-term cooperation with qualified international buyers, traders, distributors, and end-users who have genuine requirements for petroleum products and the financial capacity to perform under agreed contractual terms.

To proceed, we kindly invite the buyer to provide its official purchasing requirement, including product, specification, quantity, destination port, delivery terms, preferred payment structure, and required delivery schedule. For recurring requirements, the buyer may also indicate its desired monthly quantity and contract duration.

Upon receipt of the buyer's requirement, our mandate will coordinate with the appropriate refinery or supply source to confirm availability and provide the applicable commercial terms and transaction procedure.

All product specifications, availability, documentation, inspection arrangements, pricing, and contractual terms will be subject to confirmation and due diligence by the relevant parties before any transaction is concluded.
