Tank storage agreement request for 100 million gallons of D6 in Houston area
I hope you are very well.
We're looking for heated storage for D6 fuel oil. Do you have storage space or companies willing to sublease space to receive a 100 million gallon (≈2,380,952 barrel) trial lift of D6, followed by 200 million gallons per month thereafter? Once in the fuel is in the tanks, we would resell it and inject it into our end client’s tanks. We already have a client, so the time spent in storage would be minimal.
Given the amount of fraud in this industry, we've agreed with the supplier that we'll hold a TTM (Table Top Meeting), where proof of product will be provided and an SGS agent, as well as port authorities, will be present to validate the legitimacy of the transaction before any money is exchanged. To reach that stage, we need to demonstrate that we have the storage capacity to take possession of the fuel. Would you be willing and able to provide a Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) a PTA (Permission To Access / Product Transfer Agreement) demonstrating that we'd be able to receive the fuel? Once we validate the proof of product (dip test) at the Table Top Meeting, we would then proceed to pay for the storage before injection commences.
