We are pleased to invite you to submit your firm quotation for : Tender no# : 551/MRG/2026

 on the due date specified here on  (27/07/2026) 

So you are Kindly requested to confirm the following :-

1) Receipt of the subject Operation documents

1.        RFQ     

2.        Supplier Commercial Conditions Form

3.        All technical SPCs & Data sheets   & DWGs for any technical clarification kindly contact Eng. Ahmed Ragab  (ahragab@petrojet.com.eg)  

4.        Terms and Conditions (shipping conditions, Inspection conditions, PB format and ACID) for your confirmation (sign & stamp)    

2) The requested material is within your scope/range of supply/manufacture

3) The Technical and Commercial Quotation are to be sent via E-mail or  in two sealed Envelopes along with the filled commercial conditions ( Mandatory ) form within the technical envelope to our head Quarter / forgein Procurement Department

COPY OF TECHNICAL QUOTATION TO BE SENT BY EMAIL IN CASE OF PARTICIPATION

4) opened quotations via email to be sent only to my email address : mraafat@petrojet.com.eg

Bearing in mind that any opened PDF commercial offer with prices included within that will be sent via email to any other department or personnel other than the foreign procurement department or the tender's buyer will be IMMEDIATELY NEGLECTED and Excluded from the Tender
