Commercial Supply Proposal – Petroleum & Petrochemical Products
Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to introduce ASU Oil Trade LLP, a Kazakhstan-based petroleum trading and facilitation company acting as an authorized commercial mandate and transaction representative for licensed oil refineries and approved petroleum supply partners in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Our role is to represent and coordinate qualified transactions on behalf of our refinery and supply partners, connecting genuine buyers with the appropriate authorized seller for contract execution. Through our refinery and supply network, we are able to facilitate inquiries for the following petroleum, petrochemical, and energy products: D2 Diesel Oil GOST, 305-82, EN590 Diesel, JP54 Aviation Kerosene, Urea 46% Prilled, LNG, LPG, REBCO, Crude Oil, Mazut M100 GOST 10585-75/99, Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), ESPO Crude Oil, Diesel D6. As the appointed commercial mandate, our involvement extends throughout the transaction process. We coordinate directly with the relevant refinery or authorized supply partner regarding buyer qualification, commercial communication, product availability and allocation, Soft Corporate Offers, transaction procedures, documentation, contract coordination, logistics, delivery arrangements, and transaction follow-up through execution. We welcome inquiries from qualified end buyers, purchasing companies, authorized buyer mandates, agents, and representatives with genuine purchasing requirements. To enable us to review your inquiry with the appropriate refinery or supply partner, kindly provide your required product, monthly or total quantity, destination or discharge port, preferred delivery terms such as FOB or CIF, buyer company details, and preferred transaction procedure or payment terms, if applicable. Upon review and acceptance of the requirement by our refinery or supply partner, the appropriate Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), transaction procedure, or commercial proposal will be issued for the buyer's consideration.
