Flexible Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) Issuance Capability

We are pleased to inform you that our tank storage facilities have the operational capability to issue open Tank Storage Receipts (TSRs), providing enhanced flexibility for your commercial and logistical requirements. Under this arrangement, the TSR may be issued without restriction to a specific refinery name, allowing you to nominate or amend the refinery designation at any time, in line with your operational needs. Such amendments can be accommodated without additional cost, subject to standard regulatory and compliance requirements. This flexibility is designed to support evolving trading strategies, refinery scheduling changes, and optimization of downstream operations, while maintaining full transparency and operational integrity.
