My name is Alexander Yusupov, and I represent a mandate working with a distributor of petroleum and energy products ''WEST LAND K''.

Our product portfolio includes EN590 diesel, Jet Fuel, D6 fuel oil, LNG, ESPO crude oil, fertilizers, and other petroleum-related commodities, subject to availability and mutually agreed specifications.

We aim to provide competitive, negotiable pricing and flexible supply arrangements tailored to our counterparties’ commercial requirements. Depending on the product, destination, and transaction structure, proposed delivery options may include:

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) – delivery to an agreed destination port.
  • FOB (Free on Board) – delivery in accordance with agreed loading-port terms.
  • TTO (Tank-to-Tank Ownership Transfer) and TTV (Tank-to-Vessel) arrangements, where applicable and subject to verification of the relevant product, title, and terminal documentation.

Our approach emphasizes transparent communication, appropriate due diligence, and clearly defined contractual procedures to support secure and efficient transactions for all parties.

We are particularly interested in connecting with qualified buyers and established intermediaries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North and South America, with the objective of developing sustainable, long-term business relationships.

To help us understand your role in the transaction, we would appreciate your confirmation of whether you represent:

  • A direct buyer with a specific product requirement; or
  • A mandate or intermediary representing qualified end buyers.

Upon receiving your confirmation and, where applicable, your initial product requirements, we would be pleased to discuss the next steps and provide a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) for review, subject to product availability and the relevant commercial terms.
