We, Astana Petroleum Group LLC, on behalf of the Seller Refineries Company, are pleased to present this Soft Corporate Offer (SCO). We confirm that the Seller is fully authorized and prepared to supply the following petroleum and petrochemical products listed: Jet Fuel JP54, A-1, Diesel D2, ESPO Crude Oil, Light Cycle Oil, Petroleum Coke, EN590, C4 Raffinate, LNG and LPG, D6 Virgin Fuel Oil, Mazut M100, REBCO, Bitumen, Urea and various other petroleum and petrochemical products.
