Dear Ahmed / PQS Team, I am a South African petroleum products trader and I would like **100,000 MT trial of EN590 10 ppm via Vopak Fujairah**, followed by a contract.

Kindly provide the following:
- TSR with Vopak barcode, tank number, GPS coordinates
- SGS Quality & Quantity Certificate (≤ 72 hours)
- Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
- ATV or Vopak terminal login protocol
- Mandate letter confirming source/refinery origin

We await your formal SCO and buyer terms.
