Medical and fatigue-management support

Our model blends infrastructure, hospitality, and social impact, while enabling multiple revenue streams, strong repeat usage, and long-term scalability—positioning THAVAS as a foundational layer of India’s logistics ecosystem.
From a business perspective, each hub is a multi-revenue asset with strong repeat usage and high operating leverage. Our site-level unit economics are designed to break even at under 3.33% capture of passing highway traffic, making the model both scalable and defensible.
Beyond strong fundamentals, THAVAS is positioned to become a foundational layer in India’s $250B+ logistics ecosystem. By building the country’s first branded, standardized highway rest network, we believe THAVAS has the potential to scale into one of India’s next logistics infrastructure unicorns — combining predictable infrastructure returns with platform-level growth
