Following the Cadcorp integration into NEC Software Solutions UK Limited (NECSWS) this Cadcorp support mailbox is no longer in use. Your service management support tool is now the NECSWS IT Service Management toolset, Ivanti Service Management and your support email is helphub@necsws.com.
