Standard operating procedures(sop)

1. Buyer issues ICPO+CIS+POF
2. Seller issues the verifiable full set of POP document with Q&Q inspection report to the buyer + proforma invoice (PI)
3. Buyers verify with the Q&Q report with the inspection agency(SGS/Atlas) and get confirmation of the presence of goods in tanks.
4. Against the verified POP and Q&Q report,Buyer makes 5% payment into the seller's bank account specified in the proforma invoice(PI)
5. Seller provides Dip Test Authorization(DTA)for SGS/equivalent to conduct Q&Q inspection.If required,buyer can conduct their own Dip Test and Q&Q analysis
6. Seller will inject the product into tge buyer's vessel and submit the bill of lading to the port authorities and the buyer.
7. Buyer will pay the balance 95% as per the proforma invoice. Upon receiving 100% payment, the seller transfers the title to the buyer.
8. The ship start sailing from the port of loading towards buyer's destination port,with a full set of documents and clear title transferred to buyer
