PROCEDURE
1. Buyer to issue ICPO + TSA + LOA
2. Seller to provide Vessel Name & IMO Number & issue CI to Buyer. Buyer signs & returns CI
3. Upon verification of TSA, the following PPOP documents are provided to Buyer :
A) CPA 
B) Bill Of Lading
C) Ullage Report
D) Product Passport
E) Cargo Manifest
F) Tanker Vessel Q88 (Tanker Questionnaire 88)
G) Statement Of Product Availability
H) Commitment To Supply
I) Certificate Of Origin
J) ATV Authorization To Verify By Call Or Email 
K) ATSC Authorization To Sell & Collect
L) ATB Authorization To Board The Vessel To Perform Dip Test
NOTE : If TSA is not verifiable, Buyer & Buyer Tank Farm to sign NOR to show readiness of Buyer’s Tank
4. Upon arrival of vessel at destination port, Buyer to perform inspection of product on board of vessel and within 72 hours after confirmation of Q&Q by SGS/CIQ/SAYBOLT/INTERTEK at the port, Buyer pays for full product value via MT103 TT to Seller
5. Buyer to issue TSR for the product to be transferred into Buyer's Tank
6. Title of ownership is transferred to Buyer and all export documentations released to Buyer
7. Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in this transaction
8. Seller and Buyer enter into R&E contract.
