We are exploring partnerships with credible refineries and authorised suppliers who can deliver high-quality products reliably. Kindly provide details regarding the following:

  1. Monthly supply capacity (minimum/maximum).
  2. Current pricing and origin of the product.
  3. Delivery terms – such as FOB, CIF, or other options, and ports you can service.
  4. Product specifications, inspection process (e.g., SGS), and certification documents.
  5. Your company profile, registration details, and any brochure or track record documentation.

Additionally, please confirm the payment instruments and procedures you accept, particularly:

  • DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit) – including your preferred issuing bank details and conditions.
  • SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit) – and whether you accept MT760 as transmission format.
  • MT103 – as a direct bank-to-bank payment (wire transfer with proof).
  • MT199 – for pre-advice communication and soft confirmations.
  • Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) and Proof of Funds (POF) requirements.
  • Your SWIFT code and banking details for verification or compliance purposes.
