Good day!

On behalf of our principal seller, USHTAGAN REFINERY LLP, located in Kazakhstan, we would like to inform you that we currently have the following petroleum products available for immediate lift under CIF and FOB terms at Rotterdam and Houston Ports:

Aviation Turbine Jet Fuel A1
Aviation Kerosene Colonial Grade 54 (JP54)
Diesel D2 GOST 305-82
ESPO Crude Oil
Light Cycle Oil
Petroleum Coke
Diesel Fuel EN590
LNG and LPG
D6 Virgin Fuel Oil
Mazut M100
UREA, and more.

Our refinery has vessels en route to your destination port and is seeking a capable buyer to take over these shipments immediately, as the previous buyer was unable to fulfill the contract. We encourage your company to consider this opportunity without delay.

Next Steps:

If your company is interested and ready to proceed, please notify us promptly via email to request our pricing and procedure details. This will enable you to issue an official ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) with the exact quantity and procedures specified. Upon receipt of your official ICPO, the refinery will provide the original MOU for countersigning by both parties (Allocation Holder & Buyer).

Once the original MOU is signed, the refinery will provide partial proof of product documents, issued in the name of the initial buyer, for product verification. This will be sent via email or phone call. Also, the vessel's IMO number and location will be provided for you.
