After going through your file with all due respect. I wish to introduce a confidential business proposal that will both benefit of us. I am a banker and a personal banker to President Ebrahim Raisi, the deceased president of Iran who died on May 19th, 2024 after a helicopter crash in Iran's East Azerbaijan province.

While he was alive, he kept and hid the sum of US$400,000,000.00 with our bank.
He did not specify any name as the next of kin or beneficiary but only used the PHRASE foreign beneficiary without mentioning any name. As his banker, I am aware nobody or member of his family is aware of these funds. I want us to strike a deal to get these funds out of our bank to you at the sharing ratio at 60/40. and if you cannot handle the transaction I will advice to let me know and keep silent.

I get 60% while you get 40%. If it is ok by you.

Then we can start up immediately.
