We are selling the goods to one of Taiwan's Military Hospital So please note that no "Made in China' labels or stickers to the goods.

Certificate of Sale .  Goods sold must be of at least 18-20 months shelf life.
Certificate of Origin
Certificate of Conformity/ Performance Test Report (System Performance Tests)/Certificate of Sterilization if applicable
Commercial Invoice
Packing Lists
Operational Manual
Service Manual
Units must be manufactured in 2025  (Month/Year) if applicable




All 1-5  documents must indicate the quantity, part no. , product description, serial /Lot No.

and must be manually signed.  No need for Notary and Stamp by Trade Office.  Kindly E-mail me the soft copies to my attention.
