Anthony mentioned that you needed to begin a warranty return on an Ion 830 LED fixture.

 

Can you please confirm that it is (1) unit you are having issues with? Can you please provide some more information on the details of the problem with the fixture?

 

If you would also be able to provide a photo of the serial number on the unit, that would be greatly appreciated.

 

Once we have this information, we will get the claim started & begin the warranty/replacement process for you!
