Interested in buying EN590 10PPM and JET A1 FOB TTT

Dear Sir,

Our end buyer is interested in buying EN590 10PPM and Jet A1 FOB TTT, can you work with the buyer procedure below:

FOB TANK TO TANK TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO with Tank Storage Agreement (TSA)
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available quantity in the storage tank.
3. Buyer signs and returns the Commercial Invoice
4. The seller will proceed to issue the following documents:
A) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA)**.
B) Injection Report Shore Tank**
C) Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
D) (ATV) Authorization to Verify.
E) Certificate of Incorporation
F) Product Quality Passport
G) Statement of Product Availability
H) Certificate of Origin of the Product
I) Commitment and Assurance Letter to Supply
J) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
5. After the successful completion of the Dip Test and Quality & Quantity (Q&Q)
inspection, the tanks will be sealed, and the fuel/diesel in the tanks will be paid for.
6. The seller will immediately commence injection into the buyer's tank and issue the title of
ownership certificate to the buyer, followed by all necessary export documentation. ***
7. Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT Wire transfer for the total product and lifts the
product and seller pays all intermediary involve in the transaction

Additional Notes:
As a company, we are focused on establishing long-term business relationships. Contracts
are not an issue at the outset, but payment guarantees will only be provided after a successful
test transaction and will not be issued in advance. For this reason, we always purchase on an
FOB basis, prioritizing goods that are already stored on-site. We act swiftly once all
conditions are met.
