OQ Refineries and Petroleum Industries LLC (“OQ”) invites qualified local and international companies, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers to participate in the OQ 2026 Vendor Registration & Prequalification Program in support of upcoming operational, technical, engineering, procurement, maintenance, and project-related requirements.


Interested organizations are kindly invited to respond to this correspondence to obtain the official Vendor Registration documentation package, together with the applicable registration guidelines and submission requirements.


All submissions will be reviewed in accordance with OQ’s procurement procedures, compliance requirements, and vendor evaluation standards.
