Dear sir/Madam,

As a direct mandate to best sellers, We Hereby confirm the
availability of allocations and the capability to supply the
following petroleum products. JET A1, JP54, D2, MAZUT, and other
petroleum products.

Attached herein is our official SCO for the available product /
transaction working procedure and price list for your
consideration.

If you are interested or have any end buyer who is interested and
ready to purchase the product, kindly revert back to us with your
end buyer official Letter of Intent (LOI) to enable the seller to
issue their official FCO for the product for buyer proceedings.

Please note that our end buyer price is open for negotiation if
the buyer did not accept the seller price the buyer can come with
their target price.

We await your response. Please, what my seller needs are only
serious buyers. We do not want time wasters.
