    Thank you for your email below introducing your Company and informing us of an available petroleum products.

    We have, at the moment, a Direct Buyers with the following requirements:

    EN590 10PPM | 100,000MT/M x12 MTHS contract, LOI TTV Rotterdam Port. Product from non embargoed countries of origin. Also,  all Ex- Soviet Union countries are to be considered as embargoed for any port authority acceptance. Otherwise the ship and loaded product will be confiscated.

    Kindly confirm if you have a sources of these products, taking into considerations that our Direct Buyers will not procure any oil products from Ex-Soviet Union Countries, including Kazakhstan.
