Method to order a bus with driver for your group

We're back! Thanks for the patience and for trusting us with your group transport needs again. It's fantastic.

But. In order to allow us providing you with the personalized private transport based on your requirements, we kindly ask you to let us aware of the following details. You know we can calculate if we know what should we take into consideration and without your proper cooperation is would be impossible.

So:

-Country/Countries where the transportation will take place
-Type of service: One-way transfer, Two-way transfer or Timely Bus Rental with driver.
-Number of passengers
-Detailed itinerary including stopovers, exaact dates, hours, and full addresses (city, location)
-What costs should be included in the flat rate and what is provided by you on the spot separately (e.g. driver’s accommodation and meals, parking fees, gratuities)
  And any other need that you think that we should know about

May I ask you if you're the only person in charge for booking transport services? Who else? And in case of questions don't hesitate to contact us again!
