Dear Esteemed Partners,

We are honored to extend this official notification regarding the immediate availability of seagoing vessels fully loaded with premium petroleum products. These allocations include:

EN590 (10 PPM ULSD)

Jet A1 Aviation Fuel

D6 Virgin Fuel Oil

All products meet international specifications and are now open for Tank Takeover and Rerouting to approved global destinations.

🔹 Vessel 1 – African Trade Routes

Current Position: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Cargo Manifest: EN590 (10 PPM ULSD)

Quantity Onboard: 100,000 Metric Tons

Eligible Discharge Ports:

Lagos, Nigeria

Tema, Ghana

Luanda, Angola

Abidjan, Ivory Coast

Durban, South Africa

Estimated Transit (Post-Reroute): 12–15 days (subject to port clearance & logistics scheduling)

🔹 Vessel 2 – Asia Pacific Trade Routes

Current Position: Fujairah / Oman

Cargo Manifest: Jet A1 & D6 Virgin Fuel Oil

Quantity Onboard: 120,000 Metric Tons (combined)

Eligible Discharge Ports:

Qingdao / Shanghai, China

Jurong Port, Singapore

Port Klang, Malaysia

Busan, South Korea

Estimated Transit (Post-Reroute): 14–18 days (depending on port scheduling & operational factors)

All vessels and cargos are fully documented and certified, accompanied by:

SGS Quality & Quantity Certification

Bill of Lading

Certificate of Origin

Q88, CPA & Cargo Manifest

Furthermore, each shipment is covered under comprehensive Marine Insurance (All Risk, ICC A), ensuring full protection of cargo and delivery obligations.

Our trading operations comply with international maritime and petroleum trade standards, with strict oversight on quality assurance, safety, and contractual execution.

✅ Transaction Engagement & Procedure

We invite qualified and credible buyers or their authorized representatives to initiate engagement. The process shall be as follows:

Submission of a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) specifying the product and destination requirements.

Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) reflecting agreed commercial terms and conditions.

Confirmation of Tank Takeover or Rerouting instructions, followed by scheduling and commencement of delivery.

Our team maintains an established record of reliability and efficiency in international petroleum logistics, and we are prepared to ensure seamless execution from nomination through final discharge.
