    but we have got :FOB TRANSACTION PROCEDURES (TANK TO VESSEL)

    1. Buyer issues ICPO incorporating Seller's working procedures, Buyer's banking details, company registration
    certificate, and Buyer's passport copy.
    2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice to Buyer. Buyer signs and returns the Commercial Invoice along with the
    NCNDA/IMFPA, duly endorsed by all intermediaries, within 48 hours.
    3. Seller provides an ATV from a reputable tank storage company. Buyer then contacts the storage facility
    electronically to secure the Tank Access Code (TAC) at Buyer’s cost. Securing the TAC is mandatory for
    obtaining physical visit approval, product inspection, and dip test clearance.
    4. Buyer conducts the DIP TEST to obtain Fresh SGS, then takes over Seller’s tank by either extending the
    tank lease in the Buyer’s company name or providing TSR/Vessel Q88 for product injection.
    5. Upon successful tank takeover or injection, Buyer makes full payment for the total value of product injected
    via TT wire transfer (MT103).
    6. Seller confirms payment, transfers product title along with full POP documents to Buyer, and disburses
    commissions to intermediaries as per NCNDA/IMFPA.
    7. Within 5 banking days, Seller and Buyer negotiate subsequent monthly shipments in accordance with the
    agreed contract terms and conditions.

This cargo is ready for immediate transactions, with potential for rerouting to accommodate specific buyer destinations. 1 Buyer company hereby accepts procedure and issue ICPO along with seller procedure. 2. Seller issue spot contract 3. Buyer signs and returns. 4. A. Certificate of Origin. B. Commitment to Supply. C Statement of Availability of the product. D. Bill of Lading (BL) E. invoice for risk and maritime emission tax charges. 5. Seller confirm the payment and revise the bill of lading on Buyers company name as the present owner of the product and also transfer title owner of the product on the name of Buyer. 6. Within 24 hrs, vessel captain shall issue marine ATB and Naval Clearance for Buyer’s inspection crew to board vessel, confirm product and conduct quality and quantity analysis in respect of Product in vessel. 7. Buyer’s inspection Crew board loaded vessel for confirmation of product and quality and quantity analysis. The Super-cargo remains on board the vessel until the transaction is concluded and Buyer effects payment for the product. 8. Captain sends arrival confirmation message of Buyer’s crew on board vessel, to e-mail addresses furnished by Buyer. 9. Captain of the vessel shall issue nor to buyer’s vessel meeting point at sea. 10. The cargo agent must check the received documents within 48 hours. A. Vessel q88 B. The act of transfer C. Bill of lading D. Ship's manifest E. SGS report F. Notification of readiness G. Insurance policy I. Statement of facts J. Ship booster 11. Upon arrival of the vessel at the meeting point, the seller issues DTA For the buyer/buyer's inspection team to conduct SGS or its equivalents, together with a full confirmation of the goods, which must be handed over to the buyer by the Ship's captain. 12. the buyer confirms the quantity of goods and pays for the quantity of goods via MT103 and seller pay the commission within 48 hours.     1. Buyer issues ICPO containing the Sellers working procedure with banking details, Company profile, scanned copy of passport, Letter of Acceptance along with TSA.

    2. The Refinery verifies the buyer’s ICPO with the Company profile and issues a Commercial Invoice of the product in tank at the port.

    3. The Buyer and the Buyer's tank farm company sign, endorse the Commercial Invoice and return to Seller.

    4. Upon verification and confirmation of endorsed CI, Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA for all parties and intermediaries to sign. Seller then gives appointment, date time and location for TTM at the storage terminal facility upon return of the signed NCNDA/IMFPA.

    5. Seller and Buyer inspector or representative meet at the agreed location for Table Top Meeting at seller storage facilities Face To Face (The Buyer Must Bring certify POF and Seller must bring the Hard Copy of the valid fresh SGS Report of the product and engage in finalization of the deal at the terminal facility office.)

    6. After successful verification of the buyer POF and seller SGS , Seller injects the fuel into buyer leased storage tank Following the completion of the dip test, then buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total products under 12-24hours.

    7. Upon receipt and confirmation of funds, Seller returns the Title deeds and pays all intermediaries commission concerned within 24hours of payment receipt.

    8. After the positive execution of the initial spot trial, Buyer and Seller sign a 12 or 24 months contract with rollover and extension.

    Note:
    - TTM will commence at the seller terminal facility.
    - ⁠Maximum of 2 people from buyer side along with SGS officer or equivalent.
