    We currently have a vessel loaded with petroleum products (EN590 10PPM & ESPO) on the Asia Sea, available for immediate lift. Below are the details for your review:

    IMO Number: 9773947

    If you have a serious buyer interested in lifting the product, they should issue an ICPO according to the seller's non-negotiable TTO procedure outlined below:

    Non-Negotiable TTO Procedure
    1. Buyer issues ICPO with the exact quantity in a sanitized MOU.
    2. Seller issues the original MOU.
    3. Buyer countersigns MOU and returns it to the seller. Upon receipt of the countersigned MOU, the seller provides the following documents:
      • Certificate of Origin
      • Statement of Product Availability
      • Product Passport (Quality and Quantity dip test analysis report)
      • Bill of Lading
      • Q88 of Vessel
      • Vessel Details
      • Ullage Report
      • Tanker Cargo Manifest
      • Invoice for tanker takeover fee
    4. Buyer verifies the availability of the product on high seas and makes payment of $550,000.00 USD for the title takeover within 48 hours. This will be deducted from the total product cost.
    5. After receiving the title takeover payment, the seller transfers the title to the buyer’s company name and re-issues all documents via SWIFT from the seller’s bank to the buyer’s bank.
    6. Vessel arrives at the discharge port, buyer conducts CIQ/SGS inspection. Upon a successful inspection, the buyer makes the remaining payment via MT103 T/T for the full product to the seller.
    If your buyer is prepared to proceed under these terms, we can move forward accordingly.
