Dear Sir/Madam,

I am reaching out to explore potential business collaboration 
opportunities between your organization and SVARTEKHGAZ LLC, a 
Russian-based company serving clients across Russia and Kazakhstan.

Are you looking to source petroleum products or represent a buyer? We 
currently have available allocations for various products, including 
EN590 10PPM, Aviation Fuel, D6 Virgin Fuel, LNG, LPG, PETCOKE, and Jet 
Fuel A1, among others. These products can be loaded from multiple 
locations, including Kazakhstan, Fujairah, Rotterdam, Houston, and 
several Middle Eastern hubs.

We offer flexible delivery terms, including CIF and FOB. Please review 
the attached Sales Contract Offer (SCO) and issue a Buyer's Irrevocable 
Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) in accordance with the specified 
procedure.

Upon receiving the ICPO, we will promptly proceed with the 
seller/refinery for approval, ensuring timely facilitation of your 
order. We would be delighted to discuss your specific 
requirements further.
