Dear Sir,,

I hope this message finds you well. I sincerely apologize for my delayed response; I have been occupied with the allocation of EN590 and JETA1 products for two of my buyers from Singapore and Thailand since Monday, which has prevented me from replying to emails for the past two days. I am currently working with several refinery companies and have a supplier who can provide the quality and quantity of all listed products to any of your buyers without any delays on my end. This is dependent on their compliance with the refinery's operational protocols. I have established a long-term relationship with them and have never encountered any delays or failures in delivery. Many of these are large refineries that operate strictly according to their own terms.

Below, you will find the soft offer for all our available products along with their respective prices, as well as the procedures that most suppliers adhere to when delivering their products. I encourage you to review it carefully, and I will be awaiting the buyer's ICPO so that we can proceed with the transaction without any delays.

Therefore, we look forward to receiving either the buyer's LOI or the official purchase order ICPO, in accordance with the seller's transaction procedures, to advance to the next phase of the transaction. Please refrain from sending us any ICPO that does not include the procedures outlined in our official SCO, and ensure that your buyer's ICPO is addressed to my company name, as they will be acquiring their products from the refinery through our company.
