SDP SPARK INVOICE PLATFORM - NEW 03/2026:
We’re excited to share an update that will make reviewing and approving invoices in your Self-Determination Program (SDP) easier and more transparent.
FMS Pay has partnered with SDP Spark — a secure online platform designed specifically for California’s Self-Determination Program. Going forward, invoices from your service providers will begin to be sent to you through SDP Spark so that you can review and approve them before they are processed. Your vendors will need to enroll in the SDP Spark platform over the coming weeks. TIMELY BILLING ALERT:
Please be aware, some Regional Centers are now denying claims older than 90 days. Please be sure your vendors are promptly invoicing at least monthly. The older the claim, the less likely it is to be paid.
