Dear customer,

This letter confirms the receipt of your request for cancellation regarding the EZVIZ Cloudplay Service. 

To cancel Cloud subscription, if the camera is still under your EZVIZ account, you could cancel Cloud Subscription on your own by going to camera settings > Cloud Storage > Subscription Management > Cancel Subscription.

Also, please note that when the subscription is canceled:

1. There is no refund/pro-rated dates

2. The recording plan will expire at the end of the subscription period

However, if you are unable to cancel by yourself, with respect to providing the cancellation service, we would like to ask for the following information to better assist you on this:

- the 9-digit SN of your EZVIZ camera

- the email address you used to subscribe Cloud Storage or receive CloudPlay receipt

- a screenshot of the subscription confirmation email

*If your request pertains to a different matter or if you seek to cancel or refund an order for EZVIZ devices purchased from our official website, please furnish additional information to assist us in addressing your query effectively.
