Thank you so much for taking time to communicate with me. Please take note the cooperation I am seeking is an Operation and Management (O&M) which must be under your direct control since this would be a project you already have some experience or interest in. I will give my express consent towards venturing into any of your preferred investment outlets so long they guarantee steady long term ROI.

Normally, a business cooperation like this requires our personal meeting, but it would not be comfortable for me to have this personal meeting with you at this time because of the situation of our country right now and also the important roles I play in the company I work for, I cannot be able to meet with you prior to starting our partnership. Please take note we are however having plans to relocate to your country once the funds are moved into your custody and fully invested.

As my name indicates, I am Kurdistan with Persian ties and I follow my religion and this implies that. I will not lie, I will not cheat, I will not steal. I will want you to confirm to me that you will reciprocate the same rules because these are part of the core principles we need to build the mutual trust and understanding we need to move forward in life. For obvious reasons, we have to make do with the email because all forms of verbal communications in this part of the world are compromised and you might not know who is listening, especially in my own case as we are heavily being persecuted right now here in Syria.

The best option would have been to meet but unfortunately, I would not be privileged to go on any travel now that is related to my personal business dealings at this point of time due to nature of our company policy and also I am one of the top management team and the company always check on my personal travels, the commitment and private aspect of our dealings which is my top secret with you.
