We are an energy company that's interested in sellers that have capacity for Vopak based transactions.

We're also very much aware that.

▪ Its basic that the prospective buyer must be able to provide CIS for Seller to verify whether BUYER is registered with Vopak and confirmed.

▪ Seller too must be registered Vopak seller.

▪ There shouldn't be any upfront payments by the buyer.

▪ Pricing: Expectation from buyer is $530 max gross pricing.
