To prepare for the upcoming Duo root certificate authority bundle replacementplease use the Unsupported Clients Log in the Reports section of the Duo Admin Panel. This report shows connection events originating from Duo protected applications and Duo mobile devices that will require an update during February 2026 to avoid any service disruption 

 

For identified Duo protected application(s) 

  • Ensure those Duo protected applications are up to date with the latest Duo client applications containing the new root certificate authority (CA) bundle by using the Unsupported Client Log per our KB article: https://help.duo.com/s/article/9451

Note: Duo Authentication for Windows Logon and RDP are NOT affected by the upcoming Duo root certificate authority bundle replacement.
