Subject: ICPO Request – EN590 / Jet Fuel / D6 – FOB Rotterdam – Strict Dip & Pay FOB Terms Rotterdam & Jurong



Dear Seller ,

My company is prepared to engage in a FOB TTV Rotterdam spot purchase of EN590 under the following non-negotiable conditions:

1 POP package to include at least: TSR, ATSC, fresh SGS(less than 48H), UDTA, ATV (physical), plus injection programe/schedule.
2. Buyer shall provide CPA with CI & TTVIA with IR
3. Dip test/SGS to be performed in your tank at buyer’s cost, buyer option. 
4. No upfront payments, no POF, no endorsement fees, no port fees required prior to injection.
5. Payment by MT103 only after injection completion and SGS confirmation.

Please confirm that your procedure fully aligns with the above. If so, kindly forward your Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) and your standard transaction terms, including contact details and company credentials.

We are ready to issue an ICPO immediately upon your confirmation of these terms.
