So kindly receive his TTM proposal process:

1-DIRECT TABLETOP MEETING AT THE SELLER, AND SELLER´S TANK FARM. IMMEDIATE PAY ON SITE.

2-I Will assist, ARTURO AMADOR VILLARELLO, PRESIDENT, ULTRA DYNAMICS S.A. DE C.V.

3-When we have date and time, I will coordinate with a SGS team, then I will send their details.

4-I need a TTM where I will present, myself and pay in person by MT103 transfer on my laptop and telecom instructions to my banker.

For thet purpose: I NEED A FORMAL INVITATION BY THE REFINERY, SELLER, AND SELLER´S TANK FARM.

I WILL PAY AND ARRANGE FOR MY CLEARANCE.

GET IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

All instructions, contacts, coordinats, etc please, all details.

SGS or our designed verifier will be present with me, MT103 wiretransfer will be made immediately as SGS and seals are checked, if same immediate…. if not, after new test.

All documents due diligence will be performed by myself.

Tabletop Meeting, I show my live balance on bank online, seller shows documents and allows physical inspection, and transfer will be made on site.

All due title transfer to be performed by notaries and authorities on site, when positive receiving of funds is confirmed.

All tank extensions, transfers or laycan for vessel will be discussed and settled right there.
