We operate within an established network of verified Refineries, suppliers and storage terminals across the CIS region, enabling us to facilitate the supply of petroleum and petrochemical products to qualified international buyers.

  • Aromatics (Benzene, Toluene, Xylene)

Fertilizers & Agricultural Inputs (upon request):

  • Urea (Prilled / Granular)

  • NPK Fertilizers

  • Ammonium Nitrate

  • Potash & Phosphate-based products

In addition to the above, we also work directly with major Russian refineries, offering competitive pricing. All transactions are structured to comply with applicable international trade regulations. Final origin documentation is presented transparently in accordance with standard trade finance and banking requirements.

All transactions are structured under standard international procedures and may be concluded on FOB or CIF terms, depending on product type, destination, and confirmed availability.

Transaction Procedure (Indicative Workflow):

  1. Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intent) with full company details and purchase requirements

  2. Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer) based on confirmed refinery allocation

  3. Buyer submits ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) confirming intent under seller terms

  4. Parties execute SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) after mutual agreement and completion of KYC/AML verification
