My name is Dr Ruslan Semynovo. I’m official direct mandate to the ATYRAU ENERGY REFINERY We currently have large quantities of premium quality EN590, and other Oil products, purely Kazakhstan origin. We have available products for immediate lifting: (EN590-10PPM),JP54, JETA 1, D6, (virgin fuel and Oil) D2 available in storage Rotterdam  Houston  Jurong and Fujairah to be allocated to ready capable buyers via  TTT, TTV, TTO all in FOB purely Kazakhstan Origin 


Please kindly find the attached FCO for the available product and issue an ICPO if the seller's transaction method is approved. Once this is done, we can move forward.
