-Number of passengers
-Detailed itinerary including stopovers, exaact dates, hours, and full addresses (city, location)
-What costs should be included in the flat rate and what is provided by you on the spot separately (e.g. driver’s accommodation and meals, parking fees, gratuities)
   and any other need that you think that we should know about
