Good morning,

We are interested in acting as intermediaries on a commission basis. If you are in agreement, we propose signing an NCNDA (Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement) to define the terms of our cooperation.

We have access to buyers in Rotterdam and in Spain (Barcelona/Bilbao).

If you are interested, we suggest entering into an NCNDA to formalize the terms of our collaboration.

Would your company be able to issue a power of attorney (letter of authorization) that would officially empower us to represent you?
This document is necessary to establish our credibility with potential buyers.
