Dear Sir/Madam,

I am reaching out regarding a current supply opportunity for EN590 10 PPM diesel of Malaysian origin, available on an FOB Pengerang, Malaysia basis.

The preliminary commercial terms are:

- Product: EN590 10 PPM Diesel
- Origin: Malaysia
- Loading Location: Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia
- Quantity: Minimum 10,000 MT, up to 20,000 MT per week
- Price: USD 1,050/MT FOB
- Price Validity: 7 days
- Transaction: Buyer DD → SPA → buyer-appointed Singapore lawyer/client account → Q&Q → loading and staged payment
- Payment: Structured through the buyer-appointed Singapore lawyer's client account, with payment to the seller following successful Q&Q and loading procedures
- Allocation: Subject to seller confirmation and availability

The transaction is subject to satisfactory due diligence, confirmation of the cargo, and execution of the SPA.
