Hello,

I’m reaching out because I work directly with refinery supply in 
Kazakhstan and the Netherlands, and I’m currently looking to connect 
with a few buyer mandates handling active requirements for EN590 10PPM 
and other refined products.

I’m not sending you a generic SCO at this stage.

If you have a buyer currently looking for product, send me the 
requirement and I’ll first check whether the volume, destination and 
delivery basis can actually be accommodated.

If it fits, I’ll send you the relevant offer and seller procedure for 
review.

If you don't have a live requirement right now, no problem. I’d still be 
happy to keep the contact open for when one comes across your desk.
