If your request is urgent, please call us at 905-721-3190 or visit us in person at 40 Conlin Road West (first floor) during our regular office hours. When you connect with us, please let our team know you also sent an email so we can close your inquiry in our system.

- Summer Friday hours: Enrolment Services will close at 2 p.m. on Fridays from July 10 to August 21.
- Wednesday, August 19: Enrolment Services will open at 12:30 p.m. (one hour later than our regular Wednesday opening time).

Confirmation of Enrollment |
We’ve begun Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) for students whose accounts are ready. |
|
Course load |
Your OSAP application details including course load, program, and year must match your Ontario Tech registration for funding to be released each semester. If they don’t match, your funding may be delayed. Contact us if you need to update your information. |

Processing times |
Once your enrolment is confirmed, it takes up to 10 business days for the funds to reach the university and/or your bank account. |
|
Tuition balance |
Log in to MyOntarioTech and select Account Summary to view any outstanding fees. |
|
Status & updates |
Continually monitor the status of your OSAP application and remember to make all necessary updates with the Student Awards and Financial Aid office. Spring/Summer Full-Time OSAP |
