Greetings sir. We are a private investment and financial management firm that specializes in securing financial assistance for start-up and large-sized businesses. We are interested in providing you with financial funding for your business/project, real estate and debt consolidation/repayment. The interest rate is moderate. Kindly get back to me for more information if you are interested. ESTEEM PROCEDURE: Your mail is well received, and the content is well noted. The investors are open for cooperation hence the project is legitimate, transparent, viable and reliable. Below are the conditions and funding options for this transaction, 1. AS A LOAN (DEBT FINANCING) A loan facility will be given to you at 4% interest per annum for 5 to 10 years with an additional 2 years grace period. By this, we would like to know your financial competence as to the payback of the facility. 2. AS A JOINT VENTURE FINANCING. The proposed project will be 100% funded based on the agreed profit-sharing pattern of 30/70. 30% of the monthly/annual net operating income goes to my principal and 65% goes to your company. You are to provide the day-to-day management of the project solely. The term of the JV is 10 years with an additional 2 years grace period. This is our company's offer to you; you are required to choose either of the funding options stated above. 3. SECURITY OF THE FUNDS: A Credit Risk Insurance Policy will be established to cover the investment amount. The payment of Insurance Premium and Insurance processing fee which is 2% of the total principal amount is the responsibility of the borrower. However, the borrower is expected to make this payment within 72 hours after receiving the funds or the investment facility in any of your designated bank accounts. 4. PROCEDURE OF TRANSACTION. Be informed that the procedure being followed to execute this transaction is due to recent difficulties experienced by Arab businessmen in conducting international transactions involving large amount of funds as a result of fight against terrorism and money laundering by many countries led by the US and British government to curb sponsorship of terrorism and money laundering related activities . 5. STATUTORY REQUIREMENT: The borrower is required to undertake a legal entire registration and Contract legalization, Notarization, Attestation, Documentation, and Registration of all documents that will enable the borrower to receive funds without any encumbrances. 6. MEETING: You will be required to physically arrive at Istanbul Asia or Europe for a meeting with our group for the finalization and disbursement of the Investment funds. Upon arrival for the meeting, our team will take the borrower to various government offices to obtain the required documentation which will enable him to set up the SPV and bank account in one of the aforementioned countries. Meanwhile, before we will engage the process into action we need to sign an NDA and thereafter you can forward your project summary to enable the board vetting and adjudication process prior to approval. If accepted, your project must be legitimate, transparent ,viable and capable of generating 4% annual interest. As soon as I receive your consent to the above points, we will draft the working agreement for this transaction based on your chosen funding agreement to enable us to proceed. I await your feedback. This is to inform you that we are in possession of an unclaimed Commission of $13.5m which is in conformity with tenets and principles that governs global marketing of petroleum products and our effort is to reach out to the rightful owner and release it according to international Standard. This payment was received in time but it was credited to our Fiduciary account for remittance to the rightful Mandate which bears a similar name to your company, as a result the management deems it fit to send you a request for further claim in conformity with policy governing issuing of commission.
