We are Direct to Seller of  Diesel Fuel EN590 10PPM based on FOB TTT (Tank To Tank) special in Jurong and Zhoushan with special arrangement after CI then UDTA to SGS for product verification in seller’s tank.*

FOB Jurong & Shouzhan: *$700 USD/MT*
‎Commission Included: *$5 USD/MT (Open for buyer's team, Seller’s team closed)*


*FOB TANK-TO-TANK (TTT) TRANSACTION PROCEDURE - (SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT):*

1. Buyer Issues ICPO
Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), incorporating and accepting the Seller's transaction procedure, together with:
a. Buyer's banking details
b. Scanned copy of authorized signatory's passport  
c. Company registration certificate
d. Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) issued by the Buyer's appointed logistics/tank storage company, confirming the reservation of storage capacity.

2. Seller Issues SPA / Commercial Invoice (CI)
Upon receipt and acceptance of the Buyer's ICPO, Seller issues the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and/or Commercial Invoice (CI) covering the available product in storage tank. Buyer signs, stamps, and returns the SPA / CI within twenty-four (24) hours. Any applicable legalization costs shall be borne by the Seller.

3. Seller issues UDTA
*Seller will forward UDTA for SGS inspection team to verify and the Buyer shall not be required to provide TSR or pay for storage reservation, or any advance deposit until the Seller's UDTA has been independently verified by SGS and the actual availability of the product at the stated Seller's tank/storage facility has been confirmed.*

4. Buyer issues TSR
Upon the Buyer's SGS team verifying the availability of product at the Seller's tank storage, Buyer issues TSR for minimum 3 days.

5. Seller issues POP Documents
Following successful verification and acceptance of the Buyer's TSA, including confirmation of the authenticity of the storage facility and the Buyer's reserved storage capacity (TSR), Seller releases the following Proof of Product (POP) documents directly to the Buyer's designated secure email:
A. Fresh SGS Inspection Report, not older than 48 hours (on Seller’s name)
B. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
C. Injection Report  
D. Commitment to Supply (CTS)
E. Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
F. Authorization to Verify (ATV)
G. Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
H. Export License / Export Permit, where applicable
I. Statement of Product Availability
J. NCNDA / IMFPA, where applicable

6. Dip Test
Buyer, through its appointed independent inspection company, conducts a dip test and quantity/quality verification of the product in the Seller's designated storage tank, subject to the terminal operator's access and inspection procedures. This Dip Test will be conducted on Buyer’s expense, and SGS Report will be on Buyer’s name.  

7. Authority to Inject
Upon successful completion and acceptance of the dip test, Buyer provides an Authority to Inject (ATI) issued by its appointed logistics or storage company, authorizing the Seller to commence injection of the agreed quantity into the Buyer's designated storage tank.

8. Product Injection
Seller commences and completes the injection of the agreed quantity into the Buyer's designated storage tank. The final injected quantity shall be confirmed by the relevant terminal / storage operator and/or independent inspector.

9. Payment
Within twenty-four (24) hours, following completion of the injection and confirmation of the final delivered quantity, Buyer remits payment for the full value of the injected product by TT / wire transfer to the Seller's nominated corporate bank account.

10. Transfer of Title and Completion
Upon confirmation of receipt of the full purchase price, Seller transfers full title and ownership of the injected product to Buyer.  

11. Commission Payment
Any applicable commissions shall be settled strictly in accordance with the executed NCNDA/IMFPA. Buyer may thereafter lift or otherwise dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable storage terminal's procedures.

*Note:* Upon successful completion of the initial transaction, the Parties may mutually agree to proceed with subsequent liftings and/or negotiate a long-term supply agreement under separately agreed commercial terms.
