solution, providing greater flexibility for international petroleum
transactions.

Unlike conventional TSRs, our Open TSR is not assigned to a specific
seller or refinery, allowing you to nominate or change suppliers
during your transaction without amendment or reissuance fees, subject
to the applicable storage terms and conditions.

Supplier Flexibility – Nominate or change suppliers seamlessly using a
single, valid Tank Storage Receipt.
Accelerated Execution – Complete storage documentation prior to
product nomination, enabling faster transaction processing.
Comprehensive Support – Receive full storage confirmations and
terminal documentation required for your transaction at no additional
cost.

To commence the process, kindly forward your Letter of Intent (LOI),
and our Commercial Storage & Logistics Department will initiate the
documentation required for the issuance of your Open Tank Storage
Receipt.
