My name, rank, and service information are intentionally withheld at this stage, I am a member of US MARINE FORCE Naval. Unit  31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU), operating with the amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli (LHA-7) under the authority of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet. Our team has been deployed here on the Strait of Hormuz since 14 March 2026. for the purpose of maritime security, ship boarding operations, protection of commercial shipping, Operation Project Freedom and support for freedom of navigation in the Gulf region. under the command of Colonel Chris P. Niedziocha.

and I am contacting you regarding a sensitive petroleum cargo opportunity currently under private maritime coordination within the Gulf region. which we recovered from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGC Navy) Hijackers.

During a recent interdiction mission, our team neutralized an hostile threat involving the attempted seizure of a commercial oil tanker by IRGC-affiliated forces. The vessel and its cargo have been secured in international waters, During this routine maritime security patrol operations  conducted within international waters, Our Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) team (12 Elite naval personnel) recently secured control of an oil Tanker-loaded vessel discovered under unusual operational circumstances within international waters of Strait of Hormuz by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGC-affiliated forces) Hijackers.

During the recovery process, "cargo documentation, some other vital documents  and bills of lading associated with the vessel were also obtained and secured", currently  At this stage  the united states government is not aware of this secured oil Tanker-loaded vessel, and our team (12 Elite naval personnel) agreed to keep this particular operations secret to ourselves.

We also want to clarify that the personnel (12 Elite naval personnel) involved in this operation possess extensive military and maritime security experience, interdiction operations, and force protection but have  no practical knowledge of petroleum trading, refining, storage logistics, commodity transactions, or international energy markets. We do not possess expertise in petroleum trading, refinery supply chains, cargo valuation, storage allocation, chartering procedures, or international commodity transactions.

For that reason, at this point, we are seeking for urgent serious, transparent, and financially capable buyers or representatives with the operational ability to coordinate storage injection, maritime logistics, and downstream delivery procedures. who can execute this mission within a 96-to-120-hour window without delays towards these operations, As we are still working under the United states government and we wouldn't want anything that will implicate us or expose us to the US government while trying to execute these missions smoothly.

We are specifically looking for:
* Petroleum product buyers, * Tank storage operators, * Energy commodity traders, * Marine logistics companies, * Refinery representatives, * Industrial fuel consumers.

* Complete payment procedures upon successful verification and receipt of the product, All financial settlement will occur following confirmed delivery and independent verification of the cargo. Payment terms will be structured to protect all parties and prevent default on either side.
* We must have a video call or zoom meeting before conducting these secret operations, so that we can be assured that you won't betray us or scam us after receiving the oil product.
* This operation must remain a top secret between all parties involved for our safety and security reasons, as we are still working under the United States government, and we would not like any deal that will implicate us or expose us to the United States government.
