Hello Mr Ahmed I am a South African petroleum products trader 
Dear Sir / Madam,

We are writing from Orcom International Group 1 Pty Ltd, based in South Africa.  100,000 MT trial of EN590 10 ppm, with delivery via tank‑to‑tank (TTT) through Vopak terminals (e.g., Fujairah, Rotterdam, Jurong).

We kindly request your formal Sales Contract Offer (SCO) including the following Proof of Product (POP) documentation:

1. TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) with Vopak barcode, terminal tank number, and GPS coordinates


2. SGS Quality & Quantity Certificate, dated within the last 72 hours


3. Dip Test Authorization (DTA) permitting us to conduct inspection at Vopak terminal


4. Authorization to Verify (ATV) or terminal protocol access codes to enable buyer verification


5. Injection or Outturn Report from previous similar shipments, if available


6. Official mandate letter on company letterhead confirming your authority/sourcing origin

 We’d appreciate confirmation of your capability for Vopak-to‑Vopak delivery and an estimated timeline to provide the above documents.

We look forward to your prompt response to proceed with due diligence and negotiate contract terms.
